Responsible for the daily inspection of the company's office safety and production safety, ensure the normal operation of the company's facilities, equipment, public systems, water and electricity, do a good job in personnel access management and ensure the safety of various assets of the company.

Main responsibilities:

1. Ensure the daily safety of the company and employees. Including the daily safety of the company's materials, equipment and employees, preventing foreign irrelevant personnel from entering and leaving the company, and being alert to the awareness of property theft prevention.

2. Regularly patrol the office areas and independent offices to ensure that the windows and doors are closed during off-duty hours (especially the windows on the second floor of Building A and Building B) to prevent outsiders from climbing in and stealing property; Ensure that the lighting, air conditioning and faucets in the office area are closed; And check whether there is any abnormality in the electrical equipment in the factory, whether there is illegal use of dangerous appliances, etc., and do a good job in early warning of fire prevention and disaster prevention.

3. Regularly patrol the equipment and facilities in the power distribution room, machine room and workshop (every 3 hours is required), and check the safety exits to ensure that the safety exits are normally closed as required (only the internal ones can be normally opened) and the fire exits are kept open.

4. Regular patrol and check the operation of the public system, to ensure the normal operation. Including air conditioning system, purified water system, water system for injection, compressed air system, pure steam system and other public systems.

5. Regularly patrol the operation of the gas supply system. Inspect whether the pressure is normal, whether the pipeline leaks, etc., and replace the gas cylinder in time when it is short of gas.

6. Responsible for the night monitoring and maintenance of the online monitoring system of the process systems such as EMS, BMS, FMS, refrigerator temperature and humidity monitoring, and CO2 incubator temperature monitoring in the clean room. The alarm information should be handled in time to ensure normal operation;

7. Disinfect each air-conditioning system according to the requirements of the user department; regularly disinfect the purified water system and injection water system. All abnormal conditions of equipment, facilities, systems, water and electricity should be reported to the relevant personnel of the department and notified to the user departments in a timely manner, and relevant records should be filled in according to GMP management requirements: such as the parameters required for inspection or monitoring; and the "Duty Operation Record", "Power Suspension Record", "Power Suspension Recovery Inspection Record" and other records filled in when abnormal conditions occur.

8. Complete other work in a timely manner according to the requirements of superiors.
